Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using My SEO Wizard (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. References to “we” or “us” refer to My SEO Wizard.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You may not use the service if you are barred from it under applicable law.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are sold via Stripe in one-time packs at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. One credit equals one document generation. Credits do not expire. We do not offer subscriptions at this time.

All payments are final unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. If we issue a refund, the corresponding credits are debited from your ledger; documents already generated remain delivered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or that violates the rights of third parties.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or authentication checks, or to reverse engineer the service.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service itself (you’re free to use the documents you generate however you want, including with clients).
  • Upload content (logos, footer HTML, branding inputs) you don’t own or have permission to use.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the documents you generate. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service (generate, store, render, and deliver your documents to you).

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you generate. AI output may be incorrect or biased — review and edit before using with clients or in commercial contexts.

6. Intellectual property

The service itself — including the prompts, structure, code, UI, and branding of My SEO Wizard — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand elements.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for major changes.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Surviving sections (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply after termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at any moment is the version posted on this page. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
